Q: Many
of the flights on your departure board don't list
destinations or prices!
What's that all about?
A: The departure board is much more useful
to those that have read our book. Basically many of the space
available flights listed there are posted by private pilots with private planes
and time to fly and by air taxi and air charter companies who have space
available - so for a mutually agreeable share you can share
expenses and choose the destination you need. Some of the flights are
empty business or charter jets that are making a trip empty - again
you may make your own deal to ride - no middle men or travel agents
involved - therefore cheaper prices.
Q:
There isn't a flight on the departure board i can use!
A: There are hundreds of flights that
don't get posted - which is why for you to make use of these flights it is
necessary to know how to find flights of this kind on your own - hence the
"Ride Guide"
Q: Are
you a Travel agent?
A: Simply No. - The guide allows you to be your own travel
agent, however we are able to assist our members get some deals that are
not available to the general travelling public.
Q: How
can the guide help me?.
Do you purchase a new one every year? What if I am in need of a
last-minute flight?
A: The guide is in two
parts the first part is all about budget flight opportunities, many of
which are our exclusive - and are new to the budget traveller -
Q: What
exactly does the Ride guide teach?
A: follow this link to see the Chapters
& Content
The second part is a
worldwide directory of air operators - this is intended to be a starting
point for your enquiries into flight options when you need a flight. All
of the flight operators in the world operate empty aircraft from time to
time.
Q: How
often is it updated?
A: The directory does not need
to be updated - you are probably aware that any kind of large directory
becomes out of date the day that it is published on paper - however our
members area of our site is where we keep our travellers informed of the
latest changes, plus we provide assistance to our members should they not
be able to find informed info themselves.
Q: What
size are the .pdf files on the CD-ROM? Can I just purchase and download
the files?
A: The
.pdf files are 6MB, but are not yet available to download - however we are
working on this. The Cd Rom only takes 4-6 business working days to reach
most destinations outside Europe.
